Between 2013 and 2015, Prizma acquired 321 single-family homes, executing a comprehensive strategy that included acquisitions, renovations, lease-up and stabilization to an institutional-grade standard. By 2022, Prizma had aggregated the majority of this portfolio into two packages and successfully sold them to institutional investors.
